Cole & Son Wallpaper Ad Campaign

Cole & Son is a British design house that creates luxury wallpapers and fabrics. People who purchase luxury wallpaper are the kind of people who love to tell the stories behind each of their design choices.
What if the wallpaper told the story for them?

Experiential
Cole & Son’s “If These Walls Could Talk” exhibit greets guests with a live performance of the balcony scene from Romeo & Juliet, accompanied by Alfaro wallpapered on the front of the building. This one-scene show entices guests to explore the myriad worlds inside. From the verdant gardens of Palace Tales to the shadowed boxes of Teatro, the sounds of the wallpaper will seem to flow from the walls themselves (though actually coming from speakers hidden behind the walls).
Eavesdropping on Henry VIII’s fickle love declarations and theatre-goers' ill-timed gossip will allow guests to experience the world behind each wall, while the interior design of each room further immerses them. The many realities inside these rooms will inhabit an entire building for two weeks in London, the company’s birthplace.
